We’re pleased to share that the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) has started repaving the loop trail at the College Park Woods Neighborhood Park.
While the trail improvements are underway, the park itself—including the playground and tennis courts—will remain open to the public. However, please be aware that portions of the loop trail currently under construction will be temporarily closed to ensure public safety and allow for efficient work.
We appreciate the community’s patience during this improvement project. Once completed, the newly repaved trail will offer a smoother, safer experience for walkers, joggers, and cyclists alike. Stay tuned for updates as the work progresses!
