Tony Yanchulis
Tony Yanchulis, the former College Park Council member of 18 years passed away this past Saturday at the Doctor’s Community Hospital.
Tony and his wife Betty moved to College Park in 1960 and raised a beautiful family of 5 children ( Elizabeth, Anthony III (Kathy), Suzanne, Christopher, and Mark (Sue)); 7 grant children ( Tim, Tyler, Christine, Brieann, Noah, Riley, and Cooper ) and 5 great-grand children (Cole, Luke, Tyler, Brandon, and Lauren ). Tony will be missed sorely by all of us. His years of service to College Park as the Council member will be remembered by the city residents for many years to come.
Tony’s funeral will take place at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 4902 Berwyn Rd. College Park, MD 20740 tomorrow at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Let’s keep Tony and his family in our thoughts and prayers.
