At tomorrow’s NCPCA monthly meeting, developers will make a presentation of their plans for a hotel at the BP station site at Cherry Hill and Rt. 1. Please see the links to the plans here:

The members will then get an update on the Beltway Expansion.
Following that, members will review the 2020’s budget wish list items and potential wish list items for FY2022 with District 1 and 4 Councilmembers Kabir, Kennedy, Mackie, and Mitchell. For reference, the following is a link to the NCPCA wish list for the FY2020 City Budget: NCPCA FY2020 wish list.
