CB-48-2020, a charter amendment could be on the November ballot and could change the homestead property tax credit cap. This may impact/increase your property tax bill. Last Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at the County Council Meeting, three Council members voted No for this bill. They will be co-hosting a ZOOM Town Hall this Tuesday, June 30 at 7:00 pm to discuss the ramifications of CB-48-2020. The final vote is July 21st!
