|Vol. 1 Issue 19 – Back to School!
With all our kids back in school these days, this is a great chance to teach them about farming! Bring your kids to the farmers market this week, and help them learn the importance of local farming and why things like farmers markets help our health and our economy! Our vendors will be sure to answer their questions!
Also, be sure to stop by this weekend and pick up a $2 coupon to use at our vendors! The coupons are available at the market table. Brought to you courtesy of the Hollywood Farmers Market!

When the University of Maryland Diamondback featured Christiane’s Designs last year, its owner, Christiane Williams, said she “enjoys creating new things.” Indeed, Christiane was one of the creators of our market, and has since helped guide its growth and development. As one of its regular vendors, Christiane sells her high quality knit goods, including sweaters (even cat and dog sweaters!), cat toys, hats, and all kinds of beautiful and interesting creations. Come check out what she has available this week!
