We’re welcoming the season with something brand new—and you’re invited! Join us for College Park’s first-ever Spring Street Fair on Sunday, May 18, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Davis Hall (9217 51st Avenue) and along the surrounding stretch of 51st Avenue.
This exciting new event will bring together local arts and crafts vendors, live music and performances, food trucks, demonstrations, and family-friendly activities. It’s a celebration of creativity, community, and springtime spirit—perfect for all ages. Come explore handmade goods, enjoy great food, and soak up the energy of College Park in bloom!
Road Closure Notice
To accommodate the event, portions of 51st Avenue—from Cree Avenue to Fox Street—will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 18. The Spring Street Fair will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., but setup and takedown require the extended closure.
To help reduce traffic impacts:
Indian Lane and Delaware Street will be closed at 51st Avenue, but traffic can still pass between the two. Eutaw Place will be open to local traffic only, with an exit available via Indian Lane. Traffic personnel will be on-site to assist drivers—please follow all posted signs and directions.
We kindly ask that all vehicles be removed from 51st Avenue between Cree and Fox before 10:00 a.m. Parking restrictions in the area will be lifted during the event. Additional event parking will be available at the former Stone Straw Industrial Property on 51st Avenue.
