The highest chances for snow will be near and east of Interstate 95. An accumulation of one to three inches is forecasted. Overnight temperatures on Thursday into Friday will be below freezing at 9°. Wind gusts are expected be between 30 and 40 mph on Thursday and Friday. If this threat does materialize during the Thursday morning rush-hour, many roads could quickly turn icy. This could lead to dangerous traveling conditions, accidents, and extensive delays. Plan ahead by allowing for extra travel time, and consider using public transportation and telework options.
