The Neighborhood Design Center, in partnership with the College Park City-University Partnership, is asking questions to help understand what enhancements could potentially be made to the area along Paint Branch (the creek) from North Gate Park and the underpass of Baltimore Avenue to Metzerott Road. This visioning project is a collaboration between the College Park City-University Partnership and the Neighborhood Design Center, with cooperation from the City of College Park, University of Maryland, neighborhood associations, local developers/landowners, and Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
