As part of our City’s ongoing Complete and Green Streets Program, we’re taking the next steps to make our neighborhoods safer and more walkable! The College Park City Council has approved the design phase for two new sidewalk projects—on Wellesley Drive and 48th Place.
🛣️ Wellesley Drive Sidewalk Project
The proposed sidewalk will extend from Edmonston Road to Sweetbriar Drive, creating a safer and more accessible route for pedestrians. City staff are now beginning the public engagement process and would love to hear your thoughts.
