The Trust is excited to share that the Trust has raised nearly $14 million from various funding sources to start the project.
The Housing Trust was established based on College Park City-University Partnership’s strategic plan and aligned with College Park’s strategic objective to foster and sustain an affordable and stable city. The Neighborhood Preservation and Development Committee established a Housing Trust.
At this week’s meeting, the committee will present the business plan, discuss hiring an Executive Director, and provide the next steps in the presentation.
The Trust also plans to finalize the MOU between CPCUP and the City, and it will ask the Council to approve the $3 million investment.
