NCPCA – It’s Your Neighborhood Association

Today is the second Thursday of the month and thus the day when the North College Park Civic Association holds its monthly meeting.

The meeting will start with a presentation by Jim Mulholland of Phi Psi Friends, a University of Maryland Fraternity serving many College Park residents.

It will be followed by another presentation by Jane Hirshberg. Ms. Hirshberg will talk about Clarice Performing Arts Center.

The members will then talk about the NCPCA Charter, and most likely elect a new president, as the current president, Mary Cook has been elected as the District 4 Council member.

Members will also talk about NCPCA members’ survey results on public safety & crime

Members will also discuss the Greenbelt Station development project, in particular, the pedestrian bridge connecting north College Park and Greenbelt.

The GSA has recently published the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the FBI Relocation to Greenbelt Metro. Members will talk about the study report.

As usual, the meeting will take place at Davis Hall, at 7:30 pm. See you all there.
