School Board Approves College Park Academy, Recruiting Staff to Start Soon

College Park Academy, which will be located on Adelphi Road in Hyattsville

In a major news last Thursday, the College Park Academy was approved by the Prince George’s County School Board. The College Park Academy will be the latest charter school in the county. The County already has 7 charters schools. http://www1.pgcps.org/charters/

This means the school can now start operating from the upcoming fall semester. The school has already selected 300 students out of 450 students who have applied so far.

The work now begins with registration for our potential families and recruitment for several vacancies that are available. The school is looking for the following positions:

Success Coach
Secretary
Receptionist.
